Shipping costs are your responsibility, as well as the cost for the initial delivery. These will not be compensated.
• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• It is possible to return a portion of your order.
• Once we receive the returned item(s), the refund process will start.
• Refunds (excluding shipping costs) are issued within 7 days to bank account after inspection of the goods, provided that it meets the following:
• In all cases, the item(s) returned must be in their original conditions. It must be complete, undamaged, unused and have all packaging components.
• Items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please send them, if possible, in the original box. Should you no longer have it, please choose any other suitable package to prevent transportation damage.
• An item(s) which does not reach us, will NOT be compensated. It may therefore be wise to choose for insured shipment.
• Should there be a problem with the order that is result of our fault, we will fix it immediately or pay you the entire refund (including shipping costs).
• Should there be a problem with the order that is result of your fault, such as wrong or incomplete address, the reshipment will be made only if you agree to bear the cost for it. Otherwise the amount of the order (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to your bank account.
• Custom orders cannot be returned and are excluded from our refund policy unless faulty.
Once we’ve received the returned item(s), your refund will be processed.
